This policy explains what information Sports Games Plus (sportsgamesplus.com, “we”) collects when you use the site, why, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Messages you send us
When you use our contact form we receive your name, email address, subject and message. To block spam we also record the IP address and browser type the message was sent from. Messages are stored in our site database and forwarded to our team by email.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, the device and browser, approximate location, and actions such as starting a game, clicking a partner link or sending the contact form. Google Analytics uses cookies (named _ga and _ga_*). Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent first, and analytics cookies are only set if they accept. See Google’s privacy policy.
Security and delivery
The site is delivered and protected by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address to block abuse and may set strictly necessary cookies (for example __cf_bm or cf_clearance). See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Embedded games
Games are provided by GameDistribution and load only after you press Play. Once loaded, the game provider may set its own cookies and show advertising inside the game under its own privacy notice.
Partner links
Some pages show offers from partner websites. Those links carry tracking parameters (UTM tags) so we can see how many visitors we refer. Partner sites have their own privacy policies.
Your cookie choice
We remember whether you accepted or rejected cookies in your browser’s local storage (sgp_consent). You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
How we use information
- to answer your messages;
- to keep the site secure and free of spam;
- to measure and improve the site and its content;
- to measure visits referred to partner websites.
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for analytics and advertising cookies, and on our legitimate interests for security, spam prevention and replying to messages.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that run the site for us: Google (analytics), Cloudflare (security and delivery), GameDistribution (embedded games) and our email delivery provider, Resend. These providers may process data outside your country.
Retention
Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics retention settings.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, write to us through the contact form. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Children
The site is meant for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through our contact form. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
