In its overview, FIFAUTeam describes TOTS as a yearly event that rewards consistency across domestic leagues rather than a short burst of form, and says the FC 27 campaign will cover the 2026/27 domestic league seasons across the globe.

The tracker says three to four new squads are released each week, with “Ultimate Team week” listed as the exception. The dates listed on the tracker break the promo into six windows. The opening group runs from 23 April to 30 April, followed by 30 April to 7 May, 7 May to 14 May, 14 May to 21 May, 21 May to 28 May and finally 28 May to 4 June. FIFAUTeam also says the campaign itself lasts for six weeks.

FIFAUTeam also sets TOTS apart from Team of the Year. TOTY is based on the calendar year, while TOTS reflects performances across the football season, usually from August to May. The site says TOTY cards usually have better stats for the same player, but its FC 27 TOTS tracker is focused on the later spring promo and the squad drops now mapped out through 4 June 2027.

19 themed squads is a lot, but the weekly drip makes sense. At least the opening batch with Serie A and Eredivisie gives us something useful before the big leagues land.

Can someone explain the 19-player squads vs 11-player ones? Is that just the big leagues getting more cards, or do the smaller ones still matter for SBCs?
Big leagues usually get the deeper benches, smaller leagues get slimmer picks. The 11-player groups still matter because they feed SBCs and objectives, not just the headline XI.
