Forza Horizon 5 adds the 1990 Aston Martin Lagonda to this week’s Festival Playlist

Playground Games has added the 1990 Aston Martin Lagonda to Forza Horizon 5’s Festival Playlist for the week starting October 22 and running until October 29. The luxury saloon is the 20 PTS Spring reward, and it headlines a playlist that also includes series rewards, a collectible challenge and a full run of seasonal events across the base game, Hot Wheels and Rally Adventure.

The Lagonda heads this week’s Spring rewards

Playground Games describes the Lagonda as Aston Martin’s second four-door saloon, and the announcement leans into the car’s sharply angular design. The studio also points to the interior, which is presented as one of the model’s calling cards. Inside, players will find premium leather and the sort of early-90s tech that suits the car’s era, including digital screens and displays.

The Lagonda is not just a styling piece. Playground Games says it uses a 5.3-liter V8 that makes 285hp and 320lb-ft of torque. In the post, the car is billed as a “polygonal, luxury tank,” and it becomes available through the Festival Playlist for 20 PTS during the week of October 22 to October 29.

The Spring reward track also includes a 40 PTS Backstage Pass. Alongside that, the wider series reward ladder offers the 1992 Mercedes-Benz 500E at 80 PTS and the 1992 GMC Typhoon at 160 PTS.

Festival Playlist rewards beyond the Aston Martin

This week’s collectible challenge is built around what Playground Games calls the inflatable VHS Collectible. Completing it awards the Tape Rewind Car Horn. The studio frames the challenge with the line, “Be kind and smash!”

The rest of the playlist stretches across standard seasonal events, PR Stunts and expansion content. That includes Forzathon Weekly, EventLab, The Trial, Playground Games, two seasonal championships, three PR Stunts, the Photo Challenge, Collectibles, Horizon Open and Super7.

The Photo Challenge is #PawsForAPicture, which asks players to take a photo of the 1993 Jaguar XJ220 for the Cat Meow reward. The Collectibles task, Video Hits, has players smash 10 Inflatable VHS’s at the Horizon Street Scene Outpost to earn Tape Rewind.

Hot Wheels and Rally Adventure get their own rewards

Forza Horizon 5’s expansion playlists are active this week too. On Hot Wheels, the Everlong seasonal championship is restricted to 1990s Extreme Track Toys in S2 998 and pays out the 1995 Nissan NISMO GT-R LM. The Hot Wheels PR Stunt is Hammer’s Shadow – Speed Trap, limited to 1990s UK cars and rewarding a Super Wheelspin.

Rally Adventure features Room for Desert?, a 1990s Rally championship in B 700 that awards the 1997 Land Rover Defender 90. Its PR Stunt, Tierras Verdes – Drift Zone, is also tied to 1990s UK cars and gives out a Super Wheelspin.

Elsewhere in the playlist, Horizon Open offers Multi Pass, which asks players to earn 5 Pass Skills, while Horizon Super7 awards a Super Wheelspin for completing all seven challenge cards. Playground Games says this is the third week of the Festival Playlist.
